Conditions of entry
Printed on a card at every table and on a board in the foyer, because a room this size needs everybody to know the same things.
Entry
Getting in
- Eighteen and over throughout the building, foyer and supper tables included.
- Photo identification may be asked for at the door or at any terrace.
- Entry can be refused at our discretion and we do not have to explain it.
- Assistance animals are welcome anywhere. Other animals are not.
Money
What money does and does not do here
- You pay for food and drink at the bar, and that is the only transaction in the building.
- House chips are scorekeeping tokens. They are not sold, not redeemed and worth nothing at all.
- No game is played for a stake, a pot, an entry fee or a prize of any value.
- There are no gaming machines here and no facility to gamble on anything, on site or through this website.

Can I take photos?
Of your own table, yes. Of anybody else's, ask them first.
What about phones?
On silent. Calls are taken in the foyer where the terrazzo makes everybody sound important.
Can I keep my table through the interval?
Yes, if you tell the floor. Otherwise it is released at ten past eight.
What happens if I have had too much?
The bar stops, we find you a chair and a glass of water, and we ring a cab.
